Number of Municipal Website Visitors

This metric tracks how many people visit the City of Cambridge website in a given year. Users indicates a unique site visitor, while sessions tracks the number of visits to the municipal website with intent such as searching for information or making payments.
The goal of the City’s recently revamped website is to provide an improved resource for our citizens to use to access the information they need in a more efficient and effective manner, measuring it's use alongside other metrics will allow us to continue to improve the user experience of the City's website.
