The number of calls received and successfully resolved by the various departments that make up the City of Cambridge's organization.

Nearly 150,000 customer service calls were addressed by the city of Cambridge in 2015.

This measure ensures we have adequate resources dedicated to our goal of responding to our customers in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
